Ronnie & Keith went above and beyond! They arrived later than I had expected, but Ronnie was very diligent about keeping me informed about their delay. When they arrived, it became apparent that the estimate I had been given (despite the estimator coming to the property and walking all of the areas needing to be cleared out) was significantly less than Ronnie's calculation. He was very professional and assured me that they would do the job and stay as close to the quote as possible. We agreed on pricing before they started as promised. Despite Ronnie & Keith's best efforts to complete the job on the same day, at 9:30 pm it became apparent that we needed to make a plan for completion. Again, Ronnie & Keith went above and beyond committing their time the next day as well as arranging with their supervisor for approval to rent an additional truck because all of their trucks were already booked the next day. They kept me informed the next day of their arrival time, which was somewhat fluid because they were dependent upon a rental service to provide the truck. They arrived the next day and started working diligently to complete the job with just 2 of them. Within a few minutes they told me that another crew and truck was available and that team was coming to assist. Kudo's tp the teamwork shown by College Hunks, as this 2nd team didn't have another job until much later in the day and didn't have to come help. The addition of that truck and the additional 2 team members made the job finish much more quickly. Although I have no doubt Ronnie and Keith would have stuck it out until the job was done.

The two guys that moved me were great. Really hard working, efficient, and very friendly. Their help was much appreciated.

I had unusual moving requests: move items from here to 2 addresses, move items from 1 room to another & empty garage of some items. The boys took care of everything quick & easy. They were professional. Just wonderful experience.

I had to empty out 4 PODS & traveled to Chesapeake VA to do this. College Hunks was very helpful from beginning to end. Park reached out even before I arrived in VA to make sure everything was on schedule, and met me on the first day of hauling to double check everything. His team consisted of Ronnie & Keith, who were both very professional & friendly. They worked in hot, humid conditions for 3 days to fully empty out the PODS. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they did. This is my second time using College Hunks for junk removal (the first time was in NY), and I will always recommend them to friends and family!

Guys were very professional; knew what they were doing when moving bedroom furniture from one room to another, including handling the vibration unit; showed me what they had done before requesting payment; polite. I don?t do social media, which is why I didn?t do google, etc.

They took great care with our fragile antiques and glass items.

My HUNKS were friendly, courteous and very strong. They cleverly devised a way to remove the oversized refrigerator out to their truck. I definitely recommend these HUNKS!

The movers were very professional. They arrived with in the time window. They were careful with wrapping, transporting and unloading. My suggestions would be to get a better understanding of all pricing and all included fees, taxes , etc. during the initial set up. I was a little surprised with the final cost. I also got a copy of the final cost on my digital receipt. I saw the breakdown, but didn't get a copy of the breakdown in fees on the receipt. I would still like to have a copy of a completed receipt. However the movers steadily worked hard that day and we are grateful for the service.
