Gavin and Josh were on time and made sure I felt well taken care of, and not like I was just another customer. They exceeded my expectations with being able to move a very large and heavy elliptical down two flights of winding stairs without a hitch. They are very methodical in how they work together to ensure that each knew how, where, and when to move through our tight space. Josh and Ismael were fantastic. Both were friendly and easy to chat with, while focusing on the task at hand. They treated our furniture carefully and were sure not to harm anything in the house as they were moving heavy pieces down a narrow staircase.

The boys ended the visit by giving me a cute little gift bag! Eventhough the gesture was small, kind, thoughtful little things like that are very special and memorable to me. Made me feel like the company actually sees and appreciates their clients, which is rare these days. Felt nostalgic almost.

I was pleasantly surprised with the team that was sent to my home to help me re-arrange of some furniture in my home. The 2 hunks were courteous, professional, friendly, personable with a sense of humor. All went according to plan. Thank you.
