The HUNKS did a great job! They communicated clearly with me and with one another while moving the 500lb fridge to the truck. They were also very kind and trustworthy - I would happily work with them again! One comment I do have is that they didn't have the proper equipment/tool to move our 500lb fridge. An appliance dolly would have made their task a lot easier - and safer too. When I called to arrange the appointment I mentioned the weight of the fridge, I also shared measurements and weight over the phone. That info should have been communicated with the HUNKS onsite.
I'd like to thank Alexander and Sammy for their help today :) I made a last minute appointment (again) with CHHJ and they were able to come right on time, continue to be super efficient and friendly!

People were very courteous! Amount charged as a minimum fir item seemed to be on the high side especially since all we wanted to do was donate it.
