The pick up was great. However I had a phone conversation and email back and forth with Roberto. He told me hot tub pick up was a flat fee of between $400 - $500 - I don't remember the exact number. I told him several times the hot tub was in pieces - and sent pictures - and he continued to say flat fee. When they came to pick up tub, the price went to over $800. We paid because we needed it removed. Your pick up guys were great, I was unhappy with being told one thing and paying something else. Thank you
