They did everything they said the would do. The team was courteous, respectful, and careful with all our possessions. Thank you, Alex, Martin, Miguel, and Roberto.

All went well. BUT despite having confirmed with office THREE times that there would be packing, Alex was not aware of what type of packing was scheduled so as to able to bring the correct supplies.Staff's estimate of the time required was way too small and jeopardized the freight elevator times at both locations.

The move team worked quickly and neatly. I?m very happy with the work they did. I was disappointed that the sales person told me that they?d be here between 9-10am, but most likely 9am because this would be their first job. Instead they showed up at 11am. That?s my only complaint.

Jake and Edin were so professional and efficient! Would absolutely recommend them again.

Marc called me with their ETA which I appreciated. Mark & Ariel were very friendly, polite, and they worked fast. The job only took 45 minutes from start to finish.

Was quoted $99 for an upright piano online and with a sales rep, only to then be switched to be over $300 by another office member the day of service. I had planned to leave a bad review, but Ed had honored the price so I have no complaints.
