I had made an appointment with them to pick up a large entertainment center but my daughter had made an appointment with someone else. They were kind enough to counsel it for me, but when the other people did not show up they were quick to respond and pick up the entertainment for me on the same day. Very friendly guys, very nice guys, and very professional. It may cost a little more but it was worth it..
