Good job with move. Good guys.However I will not use HUNKS again, because you advertise weekday and weekend rates. Then when it is time to commit, you tell people we consider Friday the weekend, and charge the weekend rate. That is not how the English language works. You cant make up your own definitions. I dont care if you charge more on Fridays, thats fine, but dont quote a weekday and weekend rate, then make up your own definitions. Not OK. I had a follow-up job with HUNKS that I cancelled due to this issue.

All of the reps I was in contact with were polite and professional. They took care in loading all the items. Packing up the truck was very fast and efficient. I had reservations due to the pricing and was charged more than expected. I was surprised that there was a tip percentage expected as well. Despite the price i would use the service again in future. Make everything in the way go away quickly and donate to charity as much as you can during a pandemic when no one is doing pickups...all things considered its worth it. I didn't realize at first they would take it all at once and would have passed if not for the quick call I got just after visiting the site in which I asked a million questions and got honest answers. It was as if they were a friend of a friend coming to help with a project that was difficult. In these times that does create a lot of value.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Jeremy, Thomas, and Corey for helping to remove my bedroom set and couch. They were extremely efficient and so nice! Thanks for all you do!
