The young men removing furniture were efficient and polite. Your center should not quote a price thats not viable. If your minimum is $135.00 then the call center should not quote $99.00

Ben, Elroy, and Joey called ahead, were efficient removing our piles of restoration debris, and it was a big relief to have them solve our problem in minutes. We would gladly have them back in the future if a need arises. This trio was great.

Would have liked to know that there was an additional $50 heavy item service fee for a couch section with a sleeper bed it before the team came out to pick up the couch. The team had to cancel and reschedule for another day and I was on a timetable to get out by the time they got to me. I probably could have made other arrangements if needed with a different schedule. The item was not really all that heavy in my opinion as I have lifted it myself before. I was told the fee was due to the fact that there was a (thin) metal frame for the thin mattress. The staff was professional and courteous. I just was not happy to find out that there would be an additional $50 fee for an item that I did not feel warranted that cost, especially after rearranging my schedule due to the staffs need to cancel - also at cost to me. Can someone in customer service please follow up with me on this additional fee?

I really liked when Jeremy and Matt were super fast packing up and unloading with great personable personalities easy to get along with incase I had a concern! 10 out of 10 stars

I was really stressed trying to get my move done quickly to get the house listed in a timely fashion, and the remainder of the items that I didnt take was daunting. Ben really took the pressure off and helped me make a deadline by arranging what might have taken two appointments in one day! They were professional and courteous. Both gentlemen were hard working and very pleasant, and even though Elroy was pretty new at this, he was exceptionally enthusiastic and efficient. Thanks so much, highly reccommend.
