I had called another service to remove about 1/4 truck full of ?junk? and other woodshop clean out items from my workspace (junk kings) and made an appointment days in advance for a first stop, 7-9am appointment. They never showed up and when I called they told me they?d be at my location by 11AM. I fired them and cancelled my appointment .I then called College Hunks Junk removal in Foxboro right after hanging up with other company, made an appointment for that same day between 1-3PM. Shane and Deven showed up at 1:10 friendly and helpful as can be, removed all my stuff after giving me a reasonable quote which was exactly the same as their dispatcher estimated it would be. They loaded all the items into the freight elevator and right out onto their truck in 30 minutes?..just as they estimated. The charge was over $250 less than the other company. That?s how you run a successful business and retain customers. High praise for Shane and Devon?polite, efficient and quick.
