Dan Tereshko is the owner of the Boston-South franchise of College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving.

I started my College Hunks career officially on June 10th, 2019. I started out on a truck as a wingman. I became a captain within a week, specifically a Junk Captain. Through hard work and having a strong mentor in our former operations manager/current assistant GM, I was able to work my way up to becoming the Junk Manager in June 2020. Months after that I was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. I was promoted to my current position of Operations/Hiring Manger in November 2021. College Hunks has helped to change my life not only professionally but personally as well. I will forever hold a special place in my heart for this company and my franchise location!!!

Success isnt about how much money you make, Its about the difference you make in peoples lives. I am a Veteran of the US ARMY, 2 / 104th Cavalry Scout division, serving from 2001-2008. During that time I saw three tours of duty overseas. Rising to the rank of Sergeant, this was my first experience in leading young men and women. After concluding my military career, from 2008-2013 I held management positions, at two Fortune 500 companies helping me further hone my business skills. In 2013 I opened my own local moving company in Pennsylvania. This endeavor sparked my passion for helping others while building skills in HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Team Building, Logistics and Operations. In 2018, I relocated to Massachusetts. Hungry for a new challenge I joined College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving. I began as the Operations Manager in November of 2018. Through a commitment to helping others, combined with a strong business acumen, College Hunks Boston has flourished both culturally and financially. In 2022 I was promoted to Director of Operations. Through KPIs, accountability, responsibility and profitability, I will drive the business in 2023 and beyond. In my personal time I volunteer at animal shelters, spend time with family, read, build furniture and enjoy the great outdoors.
