I could not get boxes so I put somethings in open grocery bags and canvas bags and they put them in my car and took them into the apartment for me. I loved their patience and their communication at all times. I loved they had a plastic bag for my mattress for $15. They even offered to wear a mask when they saw I had one, which I thought was very considerate but I did not want them to do that. A very pleasant company.
