Always fast. Always careful of surroundings. Professional and I will use them again!

Clem called me to check in the day before, and again about 30 minutes before his team arrived at my location. He was really friendly and transparent about the pricing and process. It turned out that my "junk" was a lot of loose trash that required labor to get cleaned up and bagged before it could be hauled awayClem made sure to call me to let me know about the extra work and what it would cost before starting on it or charging me so I wouldn't be caught off guard at the end. Really grateful that these guys were willing to do they extra labor and handle the mess. After I let them in the building I had to leave for work and felt totally comfortable leaving them to get their work done unsupervised. The place is spotless now, they got everything out and I couldn't be happier! Even with the extra labor expenses that I wasn't originally anticipating, their prices were still competitive and slightly lower than the quotes I got from other junk removal services in the area. All in all, a quick, seamless, easy process, with a team that went above and beyond to solve all the logistical issues of moving large furniture out of a tiny condo through tight hallways. Thanks guys!
