Omar called me a few times when his schedule was shifting and kept me in the loop. that was great. he and Abraham got my items quickly and efficiently. my only hiccup was that the price point increased from the estimate - so i wish that was spelled out more on the website or during the estimate calls before. if almost nothing hits the $99 price mark, that leaves the employee/hunk giving the higher estimate on site, making them the bearer of bad news. Omar and Abraham were professional and helpful. i just would prefer a more stable estimate from the company before the guys showed up.

Omar and team were very professional. They showed up within the window with plenty of notice and made quick work of getting all of my items removed from my garage and side yard. Overall I had a great experience.

From my initial call to schedule a pickup, to the men driving and off, my experience was excellent.The person I initially spoke with on the phone was sincere, professional, and extremely friendly. I received several follow up confirmations, up to arrival time.The three men (Omar, Jason, and Juan) who hauled my furniture away we are very professional, kind, and efficient. Especially during a heatwave and having to walk up three flights of stairs.The price was a bit steep at first but in the end, it was well worth the experience and the job-well-done!Thanks for your help and God Bless you!!
