Yes, I was very satisfied with the job Mike and Victor did. They worked so hard in the heat and did everything I asked of them. You should be proud to employ them.However I was not satisfied with any other part of this job: booking the appointment, details of the job, prepared to do the job upon arrival, wait time. When I had my in person quote on July 21 we book booked for the job to be done a week later on July 28. That booking never happened and I only found out when I called the day before to confirm because I hadnt heard anything. If I hadnt of called I wouldve been waiting at my house for someone to show up and never did. I dont have time to waste. When the guy showed up at 11 oclock on Wednesday, which was supposed to be a 9 to 10 window, they were not prepared for the job. They were here just to do the demo and did not realize they would also be moving boxes into a pod, which I reminded the lady when I called the day before to book. Total miscommunication with the company. So they left and told me the next person would be here at noon. Well, that crew didnt show up until 3 oclock. I spoke to Coleman, the manager, and he was confused as to why so much miscommunication and misinformation happened and didnt want to take any responsibility for any of it. When I mentioned compensation for my entire day that was gone now, he dodged it and said he would get back to me and he never did. Mike and Victor had no part of this and didnt do anything wrong so when it came time to pay the bill I paid it. I still believe I deserve some type of compensation for ruining my whole day when the job was supposed to be done in the morning and wasnt done until the end of the day because of miscommunication and disorganization on the part of the company. Im interested to see if anyone will call me about this and take care of it. I will be writing reviews about my experience. Sincerely, Vicki Sills

Sean, Eddie and Tyler were AWESOME!!!! I have a staging business and have had to move furniture over 25 times in the past few years. I anticipated this move was going to take 3.5 hours and was PLEASANTLY surprised that they got the job done in 2.5 hours! They were professional, courteous, quick, efficient and got the move done in record time! I will most definitely use College Hunks and Sean, Eddie and Tyler again!
