I am sorry to say that I don't remember everyone's names, but they were great! They were friendly, nice, and professional. They allowed us to communicate so we could try to help the process along. The only thing constructive that I would say, is that the estimate time is not correct and that would need adjusting. We made at least 6 trips in 4 cars, 3 trips in a truck, and 3 trips in an SUV of boxes and other things in the inventory. Had we not done that, our predicted time would have been way off. So, I would say that was the only thing I would reexamine. But the professionals on the phone, the help working with our constant date changes, and the ease was amazing! Thank you!
