Id been putting off getting something out of my house, and finally decided to give it a shot today. Never did I think, though, that Id have it all done within a couple of hours! The guy I spoke with when I called was very informative and helpful. Mike (the one who eventually came for the move) kept me updated, was prompt, and kind. I dont leave a lot of reviews, but honestly, they made it so easy, they deserve a lot of praise! Extra thanks to Mike!!

Antonio and Mateo were on time, polite and efficient. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

QWALI AND RAMIRO are good to go. They worked hard and got it done. Kudos to them. It took them two trips because the wrong sized truck was sent. They had to come back on a Sunday to finish the job that should have been completed Saturday. So, stress free and no hassle? Hardly. The dispatcher may not have understood the scope that I detailed, that's understandable up to a certain point. But, charging me twice, essentially holding the accomplishment of the task hostage until I paid, twice for what should have been one service is unforgivable. Now, the manager is either obtuse or simply does not care about customer service/satisfaction. Based on his responses and actions, he would have no problem paying $1300.00 for what should have been one and done, no more than $750.00 with tip, at the most. Helping my hoarder Father move and get rid of junk was stressful enough, College Hunks just made it more stressful and expensive. The manager has earned a failing grade and you all should send a bigger truck than what is originally estimated. Always.
