They were very nice. I am hoping that some of my things will go to a charity, but was dismayed that there wasnt a cover on the truckbed and it was raining.

I sent pics of the screws that need to be removed so that you would arrive with the right tool. Unfortunately that didn't happen so rather than recycling the loft bed, it had to be demoed. The crew was nice about it and waived the dismantle fee of 35.
