The Hunks were AWESOME!!! The scheduling was a nightmare; probably the worst costumer service experience I've had in 10+ years. I'm not needing to vent here, I just really think you should know. If I were a franchisee and witnessed that scheduling episode, I would be very angry. BUT - our Hunks were fantastic. Very careful, thorough, considerate, and professional.
