I received a text about 10 minutes before their arrival, and they showed up right on time with friendly introductions and great energy. After a quick walkthrough of what needed to be removed, they gave me a fair and straightforward quote. I was so relieved to finally have the large items cleared from our garage?things we hadn't been able to haul away ourselves. The entire process was quick and handled with total professionalism. The two guys at my door were easy going, cool, and fair. Of course, as I prepped my junk, I added a bunch of stuff to my estimate, and they were looking at a load that was probably 2x as big as what I had estimated over the phone. But the guys were cool about it. Once they got started, they worked fast. This junk sat in my place for a year, they made it disappear into their truck in 15 minutes.
