I was in need of having my old furniture removed before I can have my new furniture delivered and the day I submitted my request to arrange pickup, I received a call. I was surprised, happy & relieved that this was done the next day and you took everything I wanted removed. I was very satisfied with Dejay and Darren who were professional, respectful and removed the items out in no time. When I'm looking for this type of service again, I will definitely contact you. Very efficient and did everything I requested - moved cabinet from kitchen to garage, junk removal and charity donation drop off.For the original job schedules for 2/22/2021 at 12:30pmYesterdays experience with the group of 3 people was a disaster. It was snowing so truck got stuck in a snow bank; driver was pushing too hard on accelerator and got more deeply stuck; was at our driveway for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck; lead person used our bathroom; snow stopped but they didnt take anything; just rescheduled; a waste of 2 hours. Also quoted a full truck charge of $675 which was $300 more than I paid today; also suggested I call a charity like Habitat for Humanity so I can get free donation pick up; our lawn was ruined.

Both of the gentleman- Richard and Chris- that helped during the move were great. Very kind, super focused, and careful about moving my furniture. They were able to deliver all the furniture in a timely manner and had a lot of fun doing it! They not only took care the the move happened efficiently but also eased a fair amount of my anxiety and moving is a quite extensive endeavor. Would highly recommend!

All 3 were very patient and gentlemen.
