Aaron and Vinnie were professional, efficient and flexible - they even brought something back into the house when I changed my mind. It was very hot, and they had to go up multiple flights or stairs, and they never complained.

They were friendly and curious. They introduced themselves and told us exactly how the process worked. Jeff was a great person to orient the new guys. They put the boxes and furniture where we asked them to. No objects were broken or scratched and they were very good about not hitting the walls and marking the floors. After the move Jeff went over the bill with us and let us know of other services they could offer. Very very pleased and would highly recommend. Ty hunks!

The crew was absolutely wonderful. Mylek, Eric R., Darrin, Ab, and Tyler were polite, considerate, hard working, and pleasant despite the extraordinary circumstances that ran them several hours behind schedule. From what I can tell, that was not their fault but the fault of poor administrative scheduling and planning. What should have been a stress-free experience was far from it since one of my personal helpers could not remain for the rest of the afternoon, and the other, who had cleared his day to help me organize the clean-out from my end, had to hang around far longer than expected. A job that should have been over by mid-afternoon stretched into the evening, and it was nearly 10 p.m. until I got back home to Lancaster County. Not the stress-free experience you promote. Still, I was impressed by the tenacity and determination of this crew, and I am grateful for their work.
The three young men who did the move were very helpful, courteous and moved everything professionally and carefully even though this was mostly a clean out. Great job!
