The movers were professional and very kind! They were a joy to work with. However, a few things I had requested were not directly related to them. I requested 2 wardrobe boxes (they utilized an open container and gently laid the clothes in there) and was told that a few items which were no longer needed could be loaded first into the truck and disposed of by them. They were not aware of this at all, but were very accommodating anyway. Just wanted to let you know that more specific information should be shared with your movers so they are not surprised or impact their packing and delivery times. All in all, it was a pleasure working your business. THANKS
