I was emptying out my father's house, which was an emotional and overwhelming process. I spoke with Richard at the call center - he was amazing and sweet and made me laugh when I really needed it! He outlined everything and there were no surprises. I was very relieved that I could have service the same day. Shawn called 2 hours earlier than I even expected. He and Alderson were friendly, professional and took great care of my dad's furniture. I was happy to hear that they have a warehouse to place the furniture that is in good condition and they connect with charities before discarding any of it. I was extremely satisfied and happy with the service and I would not hesitate to call them again!

Shawn and Shamar provided outstanding service, courteous, professional, answered all questions clearly, careful, efficient and safe. Highly recommended them by name to neighbors and friends. Well done!!

MY HUNKS WERE WONDERFUL. POOR guys had to walk everything down 3 flights of stairs as the elevator was broken. It was very hot and they never complained once. GREAT JOB GUYS!
