This is my third time using College HUNKS over the past four years and it continues to be an amazing experience. On this occasion, we were moving from our apartment into a our new condo. Derrick, Christopher, and Catorian were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. It was initially booked as just a move, but when they arrived I asked for junk removal and moving services since our new furniture was finally in stock and was available to be delivered the same day. The guys told us they normally do moving and not junk removal, so they needed to call into the office to verify the price difference. I really appreciated that because I never except someone to know all the answers, but be able to utilize their resources to obtain those answers. Christopher, Catorian, and Derrick communicated with us clearly the expectations and verified that furniture that was being moved vs junked. We were transparent with them that we wanted try to stay around the two hour minimum for their service. They agreed with me and did their best to set our expectations with giving us updates along the way. The move and junk removal only took 2 hours and 15 minutes we were only moving five minutes away so that made this possible. I know another company that would have taken at least three hours to do the same move! Hopefully were not moving again, but College HUNKS is who we will use if we do. I wish Christopher, Catorian, and Derrick the best in the company and whatever else they plan to do. If they are still with the company and we need the companys service again, I hope its them we get!
