The actual guys that came to help were quick & kind. The only issue I have is that my quote was way more expensive than I thought it would be, and you dont tell us until you get here so we feel on the spot to pay the extra anyway. I cant believe I paid over $200 to have a sofa and a small shelf removed. This shouldnt have cost that much.
