We were their last appointment of the day so they did run somewhat after the window. However, both young men worked to clear all our 'junk' in record time. I would use this service again and recommend to others.

My comments are independent of the hunks work, they did a good job. The process on the phone as well as initially on site was very frustrating. I understand that they couldnt give an exact number until they saw the stuff but just trying to get any info was a chore. Even after they saw the material, they couldnt tell me the price, only a range to commit to. I thought the process was that the hunks would give me a price once they were able to see the materials to haul away and that was not the case. Quite honestly I found that to feel a little shady.

Inform me about their arrival and what they were going to do. I felt comfortable with the visitVery courteous and thoughtful to our needs. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
