Just wanted to say thank you to Nate C, Luis L and Will R for the removal of some pretty heavy items I couldn't get rid of myself, they called a half hour before they showed up, removed my items in 20 minutes and everything was perfect, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs anything hauled away!

Both Kevin P and Jacob H were very polite, professional and worked diligently to load all my belongings on the truck. I was pleased with the service. However, I found the fee for the service to be extremely high. When the UCF service started years ago it was designed and priced to accommodate those needing to have donations, junk and trash hauled away. Now that this has become a licensed, insured business, the pricing could be out of reach for the retirement community who are trying to downsize to make ends meet on a limited income.
