My moving experience was pretty bad. Several items were damaged or broken during the move, on top of it taking longer than anticipated. After expressing my frustrations, Steven (and Josh) were able to make the situation right. I can now work to get materials, hire someone to hopefully fix most of the damage, and maybe even replace a few of the cheaper items. I appreciate Steven working diligently to help correct the situation. He really cares about their reputation and his quality assurance role.
