Seth was perfect! Professional, courteous, friendly, and definitely knowledgeable about the job. I felt bad for Owen: very new, unsure of what to do or say, unwilling to try getting into the back of the truck when Seth asked him to, and was unprepared to lift heavy things (whined a bit). I hope he learns to apply himself and learn to do the job. Work was completed and I was satisfied with the outcome.
