Shaun and Allen, the guys who actually did the work were fantastic. Jeffery the franchise owner didn't do anything we discussed. I was quoted a price for 3 people. Two arrived. I had them call Jeffrey. He said he was on his way and would arrive in approximately 20 minutes. 45 minutes later he still had not shown up. We called and told him not to come. The 3 people price would have cost $386 (total six man hours + travel). The two he sent cost me $423 (six man hours plus travel). I sure hope Jeffrey appreciated squeezing that $37 dollars out of us. I will never use him again nor will I give his company a good reference. He didn't live up to what he committed to, I hope it was worth that extra $37.
