We had Deshun and Gee help us move (there was no Octavius). They were both incredibly professional, very polite, well-mannered, and well-spoken representatives of your company. I especially appreciated Deshun giving us a call prior to arrival to introduce himself and set the tone that he was going to make our move successful. No move will be perfect - a couple of large items were chipped in transit - and nothing was broken or missing. They showed great care in packaging to ensure safety. I expected to need to provide accountability to keep them focused and working, but it was never necessary. They were eager and quick to the next thing to keep the job moving. They showed concern when a piece wasn't moving well and could be damaged and we were able to work through it together to get it done. We would hire them both again in a heartbeat!
