The young men (I dont remember their names) did an amazing job. They were polite and professional. You are lucky to have dedicated employees. Never once did they says anything negative about moving the very heavy piano.I strongly recommend providing ramps and any other equipment that will help the young men remove and dispose of pianos or things equally as heavy. As an older person, I am very aware of the lasting impact lifting without proper equipment can have on ones back. Please respect your employees and provide necessary equipment to provide support while doing their job. Respectfully

The guys did a great job, however what I paid was almost 200 dollars more than what I was quoted over the phone. I was told it was because they brought a moving truck. Other than that they did a great job.
