I am happy with the job done to remove our roll-top desk and take it to be donated. I thought the desk should have been put in the truck as a stacked unit, not left in two pieces which used more area of the truck and cost me X dollars more.I was also promised a call back concerning a previous job #5913775. We never received information about what was donated nor a donation receipt from Goodwill, Habitat or anyone else. It was for a lot of very gently used furniture including a recliner, sofa, love seat, dresser, nightstand, end table and such. I have not heard back since 8/16/22 for the job done on 5/10/22.I would like answers, even if none of it was taken for donation.I have waited long enough!
