Gary and Johnny did a great job--they were careful with my belongings and courteous. My only complaint/disappointment was that I had been told on the phone that certain materials for the move (specifically, a mattress protector and box for moving a mirror) would be provided, but this wasn't the case.

The two young men were very professional and thoughtful on how to move the "junk" out. It was very heavy and they took the bed apart (which was not easy) to make sure the door was not scratched.
