I was thoroughly disappointed with the individual who provided the initial quote. Showed him everything expected to be removed. When you provide a quote of $500 and we end up spending over $1,500 to complete the job that is the equivalent of baiting me to use your company. Thank God Rick was assigned our job. It could have been even worse. Back in the day, if he was one of my employees he would recognized for his customer service and attention to getting the job done.The individual who provided the original quote was very new or very inept at his job. Either provide him more training or fire him. Way over his head.

They called before they came. Arrived on time. Introduced themselves. Explained policy and then gave a very reasonable amount. In and out in 20 minutes.and hopefully couch will be donated. Excellent experience
