I liked the fact that they could take away everything and in a good time frame. Even gave us a big discount when they were an hour late!

When receiving quotes for moving, College H.U.N.K.S. was not only professional and friendly, but also reasonable. On the day of the move, three movers arrived (Hunter, Zach, and Zack). All three were extremely efficient in packing boxes into the truck and protecting all furniture. Despite the heat (and stairs), they always remained friendly and quick. We had an issue with the sizing of our couch fitting into the entrance of our new space, but the movers did not give-up - they went above and beyond to ensure a solution was found and eventually everything, including the couch, was moved into the space quicker than the quoted time! I am so grateful for having this part of the moving process be the least stressful experience because of Hunter, Zach, and Zack!

I was anticipating a smooth & uneventful move this morning. Unfortunately, it was just the opposite! Upon arriving, Rick was reviewing charges & time table with me. I had some questions because the total cost was more than we had anticipated. He said it was a 3 hour charge not 2 hour. A discussion followed with Rick's attitude becoming arrogant & disrespectful . He told me that I was rude & he "was leaving". I couldn't believe my ears. I had to move out of the condo today. He gave me the number for Charles, his boss, & just left. Upon reaching him, I explained my predicament. He immediately worked on resolving the issue. Within 20 minutes, Anthony called to let me know that he would be there with Ben in 15 minutes to complete the move. I actually was going to cancel the whole thing, but I had a time constraint on moving today. Much to my surprise, Anthony & Ben's attitudes were the opposite of Rick! They were friendly & cared about my predicament. The entire job took 1 hour & 45minures. They were hard working, knowledgeable & efficient. Everything went very well. They were both great throughout the entire process. They & Charles saved the day!
