Jake & Garen were very polite & eager to help as per my direction. Not only that, they were respectful of my property & had a clean cut appearance. I had asked for packing, the guys were not told and came without supplies even though I had a discussion with the person with whom I arranged the move, including different estimates for packing and not packing. The guys just called for someone to deliver supplies, and the move was done in exactly the original estimated time. They tried to save us trouble and expense--100 stars out of 100.
