Our couch was extremely heavy, but they were able to deal with it. Both were gentle and showed a very positive attitude.

Friendly and worked pretty quickly but left some major furniture downstairs having to cause me to rent another moving truck. Should have specified major furniture like coffee table & end tables should have been packed first. I think they just forgot they were downstairs. But overall pleased
