Very professional, on time, kept up a good pace, all items received safelyI was not thrilled with the upcharge that was not presented to me at the time of booking and presented to me the day before the move. I really felt as if the quote was just not transparent. It may have not made a different in the quote and cost but it would have nice to be given the info up front
