great job good service , pricey for the removal of 3 items rated by a 1/4 of a truck for 3 seat couch, 5 drawer chest and 6 door dresser

CHHJ were amazing! We had a really large move that took them close to 10 hours and we never once had a doubt in their abilities. There were zero issues and they performed every part of the service with a smile. They took the time needed to ensure everything was wrapped carefully. And best of all not one item was damaged. I would highly recommend them above all the rest! Ty to the entire crew. You guys were the best and made the move stress free as you promised it would be!

Jacob and James were entirely professional and courteous. They were especially helpful as I had a knee injury and was limited in my movements that day. Jacob and James deserve a raise. They are an excellent example of College Hunks Hauling Junk!

the young men who removed the items from my home were terrific. However, I feel that the information I was provided on the phone as the basis of the estimate of the costs was not as detailed as it should have been. 1. no mention was made of the labor charges. 2. the rate cited was beginning at $199 for a little part of the truck to a maximum of $399 for the full truck. in fact, my charges for the truck exceeded that and my total was approximately $400 more than I anticipated. This was the fault of the person on the phone, not the men who did the moving. They were up front in the estimate when they looked at what was to be done.

Your workers did a great job. Appointments are easy to set up. I was not thrilled with the cost of this job and will have to consider other services in the future. There should be a way to reduce the cost of other jobs with customer loyalty.
