This was the 2nd time using College Hunks. Both times they did a great job. No surprises, you tell them what you need. They estimate the price and the job gets done.
Andrew and Aiden were great. Very friendly and helpful. Great communication about when they would be arriving. They explained everything upfront and did a great job clearing everything out. These guys deserve raises or promotions (or both!). A little bit of feedback for your company - 1) the extra fee to move the organ was outrageous. Especially since it was in the basement and didn't need to go up or down stairs. 2) don't add a tip section to checkout. Either pay these guy more or let them take tips off the books so they're not taxed. Tipping culture is out of control in the US and companies need to start paying their employees fairly instead of passing that cost onto the consumer. It's sad that companies expect customers to tip. All it does is save companies money while their workers continue to be underpaid
I was so pleased with how quickly I was able to get rid of my junk. The young men were so pleasant and respectful.

It was clear that moving a giant commercial freezer, through a standard door, with 2 corners to get around, was not going to be an easy task. Tyler and his crew were the absolute best and got it done with ease! True white glove service, an A+ PLUS. My service was excellent. I had some very difficult to move pieces of furniture and the took there time and were very care so that nothing was damaged.
Were very polite, took away large items without any complaints to its size or weight, One complaint is the price. I believe price could be lower, yes, u guys r a little pricey. Mayb a flat rate would be great, e.g. 1/4 of ur vehicle is so much etc, That would let us know the price before u get here.
