Great experience. I called days after my grandfather died I had to move all his things out of assisted-living in less than a week, after an estimate the next day, we scheduled the move, we had multiple stops, bringing some of my grandfathers things to my home, and donating others they customized my needs. It was wonderful.
This was a very emotional cleanout of my mother's house. James, Austin and James M. were not only supportive of the loss, but listened to my concerns regarding the furniture. My mother often donated to charity, so I wanted to make sure that as much of the furniture was given to help other families in need. Sadly there was some that broke in the process, but the attemp was made to donate as much as possible. As a military retiree, I have called on CHHJ several times throughout my career to help with pre move cleanouts. The fact that you now partner with charities ensures that I will recommend you guys to others needing that service so families in need can furnish their homes.
