The two guys I had were very nice and extremely helpfuland professional. I only wish they helped being over more of the totes and clothes that did not have lids/ were in bags- it would have saved me a ton of time instead of transporting myself with broken knee-i know for the future to put everything in boxes since its policy apparently not to transport without lids (nothing fragile just dvds, xmas decorations, pillows). I don?t plan on moving again ever but if i must, i would choose this company again!
