They were very professional and very nice. They were respectful and worked hard to complete the job. I just wanted to provide one opportunity for them. They left some screws in my carpeting which is fine if they let me know. I was happy to pick them up. My concern was if I did not check I could of stepped on them. They are a great Team and I would be happy if they came back to my house next time I called for service.

These guys are awesome. They confirmed my appointment via text and called me within a few minutes to discuss what furniture I needed to remove.They showed up on time the next day, were very attentive, polite, and careful.The two pieces of furniture I wanted to get rid of were taken away quickly and without any issues. Some small talk about Marvel movies was a nice touch.For what it's worth, I would've loved to have a gig like this when I was in college.

I would like to start off by saying that you have the kindest, most respectful group of young men working for you. The gentleman by the name of Leon that was in charge, not only knew his stuff & was on top of things, but he also took the time to answer questions & give us advice along the way. As a teacher & a mom, it made my heart so happy to see how he lead his team. He ran a tight ship. He clearly knew what he was doing, but he also took the time to explain things to his guys as they moved things, took them apart & moved them around. Leon & the teams positive, calm attitude helped my anxiety so much during this move. I will 100% recommend your company to all of my friends. THANK YOU so much for your help!

Ive used College Hunks before and had several good experiences already. Leon and Von were an excellent team, very helpful, advised me about a couple of furniture donations, They were professional but very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. I really appreciate that College Hunks sends good guys like Leon and Von when I request service. They give your company a good name!

The followup contact after scheduling and leading up to the appointment was better than expected. Providing my intention of donating furniture and requesting protective materials like blankets and Certificate of Insurance gave me and our building added confidence. Although running late this morning, I was notified and not concerned. That was good.However, when they arrived, they had no dolly nor blankets! I was completely surprised having had a conversation with John. I dont blame Steve nor Ethan, but management should have made sure they were prepared with the right materials for the situation.I got permission to use a cart from the building engineer who was very accommodating (he never lends out his equipment). Our loading dock was reserved as was the elevator. Steve contacted one of the other crew to bring the dolly and another to bring blankets. That dolly was necessary due to the size and weight of the China cabinet and dining table glass top. This should not have happened- each truck should have similar materials for pickups. I was glad other resources came when needed.The job did get done and furniture was handled carefully and wrapped with the blankets. Steve and Ethan did their best and accommodated the situation to get what they needed. Overall, I was very satisfied and happy with their work. Thanks for providing this service.
