The only complaints I have is one, pricing was not upfront. When Brock and Evan arrived I was informed that each additional hour was something like $50/half hour or something like that. I never saw that when I was scheduling this. It ended up not mattering too much because I needed another truck to remove everything so it came out to be about the same price had I needed the extra hour or two. Second, part of my screen door was damaged when items were being removed. I was told someone would call to replace the damaged part. Haven't received one single call. Overall I am satisfied but these two things are my complaints. Thank you!
