Great management to Mr Williams. He kept his workers and safety on task. Few issues arose but Mr Williams was on-it with the issue and coached his staff with firm standards to company policies and standards for a successful job. The staff he coached were great on all aspects of the move. They all took great direction their manager and listen to yhe customer on making the move so all were happy.I observed an attitude with one of his staff, Mr Williams was on top of the issue post-haste and brought things under control. I thank him for updating the customer on issues and appologized for the interuption and assured the move would be back on task. Mr Williams management style is spot on and keeps the cusyomer in focus of job. I will recommend your company to anyone that requires this service as long as Mr Williams is at the front/lead in the success of the job.

Job was slotted for a three man team, only two guys came to the job. Job took a few hours longer to complete and I paid a lot more than I was estimated.The guys did the job well, there wasn't a lot of communication between us, which I thought was a little weird. I don't need to have a conversation with you but It would have been nice to know a general plan before getting started. When going to the last stop the movers left without telling me anything so I hurried off to the destination. They were not there when I arrived.They had gone to get a bite to eat which is totally fine, but It just wasn't communicated and I was left wondering where my stuff was. It was only about 15 mins in total, but I did not know what was going on.The only gripe I have is the movers didn't use any blankets on my washer and dryer and now they have scratches from the dolly on them.Other than that everything was delivered and moved in fine. The job took longer than it should have because a third man was needed and I ended up paying way above my estimate.
