After I had to make some tough decisions about what pieces to leave behind (my PODS were at capacity) Hunks Jonah and Mike were able to play a virtual game of Tetris to fit as much as physically possible into the PODS. In the end, I only had to part with three items, and the job was completed 2 hours ahead of schedule. Talk about efficient!

On the day of my appointment I received a text reminding me of the timeframe they would be there and then a call from Jermaine when they were about 30min away. This made the process easy since I was ready for them when they arrived. Jermaine, Jean-Robens and Leonard were all very friendly and conversational while still being very quick and efficient.
