The junk removers that you sent did a great job. They were really professional and were efficient to remove the junk from my basement and garage. I really didn't appreciate that my original appointment was CANCELLED WITH NO NOTICE. I woke up early on Saturday morning expecting service @ 9:00 a.m. I called several times, but no one was working on the weekend! I even called the corporate number and they reassured that my service would start @ 9:00 a.m. even though it was already 11:00 a.m. Had to reschedule for Tuesday. I hope if there's a "next time" that you do better.

Tony and his partner were awesome! They were very professional, and I was impressed with the way they communicated with each other in an effort to get the job done. They were extremely polite, and did an excellent job! I highly recommend to others! They really helped me!

Marquis and Devon were great! I got the bill and there was a charge of $165.00 for travel fee?? I was not prepared for that I was never told of this charge in advance. Yes, it was on my contract, but I felt the was it was written, it was included in the quote I was given. Why wasnt this traveling fee ever discussed? I was asked if I wanted my issue to go further and that I would be contacted. Her it is 12 days later and I still have not been contacted. Please call me to discuss as I was promised. 313 600-5637
