The two gentlemen that removed my items were great, they removed heavy items and all the rest with no complaints and were very careful not to damage the walls. I'm sorry I can't remember their names

The moving crew was fantastic and did a great job. The junk removal crew left glass all over are driveway and told us we could pay the movers with a card which turned out to be false and created a rough situation that the fantastic moving crew was able to help resolve

I had a great experience with the company and the movers but there was a communication lapse. I didn't order the correct size of moving truck. I learned this after I walked the movers through the house and showed what stayed and what needed to be disposed off. It was decided I needed 2 trucks instead of one. I was assured the same movers would be the same 2 returning the next day with the right size trucks. The night before I went through and marked what stayed and what was to be disposed off. The following day the movers showed up and it was 2 different gentlemen. I wasn't worried because I had everything marked. I left to go to work. I came back and found an item that had been disposed off (an antique crock that had been in the family). I had also asked that everything in the basement with the exception of the crock and the washer and dryer to be disposed of. Unfortunately a shelving unit, a wooden unit and and the top unit of a dresser were left behind. Out in the garage I had shelving units to be disposed off along with the contents inside, that was hit or miss. In addition, a shelving unit that had small household appliances was left behind. I also had several patio umbrellas that were supposed to be disposed off, those were also left behind. There were smaller outdoor lawn ornaments and bins, and old lawn tools in the backyard that I asked to be hauled away unfortunately none of that was not taken. All in all the movers did a good job. As the customer I should have made arrangements to be at the house to make sure everything was taken. I paid 1199 for this move, plus a 50 tip for each mover.

Thank for the opportunity to work with your company. My only suggestion would be cleanliness? Your guys should have pants that fit & clean sweatshirts to Represent you well. The men were very good kind helpful. Have a beautiful Christmas God Bless

Called when on the way, moved a piano without scratching the wood floor. In and in less than 30 mins. Movers were very pleasant.
