My hunks were great! However there were misrepresentations from the office end (Tina) on pricing and what was included which put the Hunks in the middle of a situation while trying to do their jobs. There was no one at the office ( any extension) when I called to try to clear up what I was told vs new charges I was being given. Ultimately, management basically split with me the extra charges I was charged. The office should not underestimate time or packaging when giving quotes, bc it puts the hunks in a bad position and angers the customer. The hunks were very professional, careful and diplomatic

Helpers did a wonderful job in a fast time

my hunks were AMAZING. it was chris and two other men, i forget their names but they wrapped everything and made sure everything was safe. We were a hoboken move into a storage unit and everything went very smoothly. Did i mention it was a fifth floor walk up? PHEW They were very nice as well and accommodating! Such a great company. The moving experience was so smooth. I will be using their service in the future when we move out of the storage unit into the city. great job hunks!!!!
